Laser treatment is the fastest way to remove scar, but you not to choose it then only left is the best and proven treatment only. Laser treatment remove the top layers of your skin near and on the scar. When new skin grows back, it will be healthy and scars are either gone or they are not as visible.

Try aloe vera cause it contain polysaccharides that are in the plant’s gel that helps the skin repair itself, and which in turn, makes using Aloe Vera for dark acne marks a very smart method of acne scars treatment.

How to Lighten Skin Tone

A common problem with many individuals is uneven skin tone or dark patches of skin on certain areas of the body. This is called hyperpigmentation and it can be exhibited in such skin problems as freckles, age spots, blemishes, acne scars and the like. There are many products that claim to be able to lighten or “bleach” skin tone, but not all of them are effective and some of them may even have toxic heavy metals, such as mercury, in their ingredients, which could cause a host of other problems. There are safer methods that may be able to help you lighten your skin.

Difficulty:
Moderate

Instructions
Things You’ll Need

Sunscreen Topical steroid cream Skin peel Laser treatment 500-1000 milligrams of vitamin C Raw potato Cream or whole milk Almond oil Lemon juice Powdered milk Honey Apple cider vinegar

        1

Use a good sunscreen every day, with a 15 or higher SPH, that helps to block UVA and UVB rays. Even if you belong to an ethnic group that has a darker complexion, you still need to use sunscreen to protect your skin from sun damage, which not only contributes to hyperpigmentation, but could put you at risk for skin cancer. A good sunscreen product should contain zinc oxide, Parsol 1789 and titanium oxide.
2

Use over-the-counter skin lightening products that contain natural plant extracts. Read the ingredients carefully and make sure that there are no heavy metals or hydroquinone, as these can be potentially toxic.
3

Consider using a topical steroid creme , which can be extremely effective in lightening your skin tone. This needs to be prescribed by your dermatologist and taken only as directed.
4

Think about asking your dermatologist about a skin peel, which can lighten your skin.
5

Get laser treatment, which has successfully been used to lighten the complexion. Make sure that you get the treatment from a reputable dermatologist with a proven record for safely administering laser treatment, to safeguard against any possible injuries to the skin.
6

Supplement with 500-1000 milligrams of vitamin C on a daily basis. Vitamin C can reduce how much melanin is produced in your skin. Melanin is what causes your skin to darken.
7

Slice a raw potato and apply it to areas where your skin tone is uneven. Potatoes have the ability to naturally “bleach” your skin.

Nanocleanse, Therapores, Acnepril, Acsonix. DO THEY WORK?

Above I listed an acne cleanser, a toner, an orally taken medicine, and a spot treatment, in that order. I would like to know if any of these 4 products worked for you. I have severe acne on my forehead and in my scalp. And black heads galore everywhere else. And I have cystic acne on my back and acne on my knees. No joke. I know its quite weird for acne to be on my knees. I also have some on my arms. I am unable to got to a dermatologist because of my health plan at the moment and I would like to know if these products will save me from costly dermatologist bills. I have tried everything from natural home remedies to proactive and max clarity. I also have acne scars and I would like to know if you could tell me anything I can use on thes scars to make them fade.
Well thank you in advance.
Regards

The best spot treatment I found was a daily shower, using nothing more than warm water to wash my face, and every 3 or 4 days when I washed my hair I’d lather my face up with the shampoo at the same time.

This keeps your skin relatively clean, with its defensive barrier intact as nature intended to keep the nastiness out of your pores.

Most cleaners, even soap and shower gel, will dry your skin and leave it prone to such problems.

I’ve tried everything to rid myself of acne. Please Help!?

I guess my acne is only ‘mild’, but nothing I do will make the pimples go away. They only show up around my chin, but occasionally I’ll get one on my forehead or cheek. I really only have constant pimples on my chin that do not go away. I am naturally pretty pale, so any marks are extremely noticeable. I have many (at least 5 on each side of my chin) little skin-colored bumps, and then there are a few skin-colored bumps that are a bit larger in the middle of my chin. I also have the remains of a huge cystic pimple that hasn’t gone away, and that originally appeared back in October. It was extremely painful to begin with, but now all that is left is an occasionally sore red circle. My chin breaks out regularly, usually one or two pimples at a time, but there is always a mark left, even though I usually don’t pop them. I’m 16 and recently moved to a pretty humid environment with hot sweaty summers and freezing winters, and since I moved from Arizona, where it’s extremely dry, I was thinking that maybe the humidity is getting to my skin. I’ve been here for about 8 months, and I would think my skin would’ve adjusted by now.
I’ve used everything these past 8 months, so I’ll try to list them all (sorry this is long, but I want to be as detailed as possible):
-Clean & Clear Continuous Acne Control Cleanser
-Clearasil Benzoyl Peroxide Spot Treatment
-Neutrogena Acne Cleansing Cloths (ones in the orange tub)
-Neutrogena Rapid Clear Pads and Gel Spot Treatment
-St. Ives Apricot Scrub
-Noxema (Original and scrub)
-Neutrogena Stress Control Cream Cleanser
-Noxema Blemish Pads (these worked well for me two years ago, but do nothing now)

Natural/At-Home Remedies I have used with no effect include aspirin, witch hazel (which was all I had to use in Arizona for soft, clean skin), yogurt, and alcohol.

I miss my beautiful, clear skin that has seemingly abandoned me since leaving AZ. I am currently using PanOxyl Wash in the morning (contains Benzoyl Peroxide), Aveeno Clear Complexion Cleanser Pads at night (these seem to help ‘brighten’ my skin and help with scars, so I will probably stick with these), and I moisturize with Clean & Clear Oil-Free Morning Burst. I have recently tried Bye Bye Blemish drying lotion, and this seems to help a small bit with visible whiteheads, but does nothing to other blemishes.
I’m on my step mother’s insurance, and she won’t let me see a dermatologist.
*Please don’t suggest ProActive, as it burns my skin and makes it red.*

I don’t know what to try anymore, since nothing really helps. Am I just going through that teenage pimple phase? I’d really appreciate any advice or suggestions. I miss feeling pretty and secure with myself.

You should try Cetaphil, it’s recommended by Dermatologists and its a very popular, affordable product. You can find it everywhere, trust me, try it!!!

It sounds to me your skin is reacting to some products, and your over doing it and switching products all the time. Cetaphil has natural ingredients and is formulated for people with sensitive, dry/oily skin, and for acne. I have sensitive skin on my face, and when I started wearing makeup I was breaking out. I didn’t realise I needed to find makeup and beauty products for sensitive skin. I tried products like clearasil, clear and clear etc, but it made it even worse and didn’t work because they are full of nasty ingredients your skin doesn’t need.

Cetaphil is gentle and doesn’t take the natural oils of your skin away. Even celebrities use it, visit the Cetaphil site for more information. It’s a cheap product as well. If you want to speed up getting rid of spots faster, try clay masks or an oxy spot cream. Also, you can steam your face after you have washed it, so that you can get rid of blackheads etc, that cause pimples.

Try Cetaphil, it’s really worth it.

I would lose the spray on toner. Toners dry out your skin especially the spray kind. Try a spf lotion that gradually enhances the color. At night once a week try an all natural facial and followed with a facial scrub. Also for black heads try the black head trips, i love them and they really do work. When you wipe off your makeup use a facial pad that already has the soap in it and use an eye cream to remove eye makeup. It is made to just use a rag that tugs at the skin because you want to be gentle on your facial skin.

I recently visited a dermatologist for mild-moderate acne scars on my cheeks. My scars are mostly hyper-pigmentation with a few slight indentations, but are overall not bad. They recommended laser genesis with microdermabrasion as the best treatment option, to take care of the redness and minor scars.
Question about accutane?

I have had persistent acne since I was in about 5th grade. I am a senior in high school now. I was on minocycline and tetracycline at different times, and I have been on Bactrim for the past year. Bactrim has definitely been the most effective treatment so far. It has cleared my face up to a certain degree. I still end up with little patches here or there consistently. Few pop up, go away, then more come in a different spot. I don’t think I’m as consistent with taking the bactrim as I could be though.
Even though my acne has gotten much better than previously, I am still so tired of having to deal with never having a completely clear face. It has been such a long time.. I now have plenty of acne scars, which is just awesome… and I don’t want to continue. I just want to have a perfectly clear face, for once.
I went to the dermatologist about a month ago, and she set me up to start going on accutane a month from that. The last time I had a visit to the derm, she was the one that had suggested I should try accutane. I have been pondering it for months, and this last time I decided I would do it. My derm said that basically being on Bactrim for a long time could be just as risky as being on Accutane, so I mine as well try something new & more effective. So, I am supposed to be starting accutane in 10 days. I have to get bloodwork done a few days beforehand.
There is, however, still time for me to back out of it. I was planning to go get bloodwork done tomorrow morning, but I have been reading really negative reviews and it’s really making me second guess my decision- once again.
I just want to know if you think it would be worth it and what your personal experiences have been. I’m afraid of the long-term side effects.

Thanks(: !

I’ve been off for about 6 months now and i’ve had no long term effects so far.. I’ve had a small breakout recently and i’m back on antibiotics again though, so grr.

Well I had some terrible acne scaring that went away with a chemical peel, and it was from the PCA company.
How is that possible? I bet they had no idea what they were doing. Microdermabrasion is the best thing I have done. It cleared all the acne and the scars. I bought it from zenmed.com and the jar cost me about $45 and it lasts me about 3-4 months if not more. I have used 2 jars already and all the acne is gone. I have a few whiteheads and blackheads. But hey thats a good deal for that price and i did it myslef at home.

Im sure a tanning will work. But I say that you rub your acne scars with a warm ROUGH wet towel everyday for 15 minutes. In a few days, you will see it fading. This is because the roughness of the towel removes dead scar cells and new skin cells will start growing.
Or you can try sugar with olive oil and rub it in the area. Trust me, it will work. You’ll also get super soft skin with this remedy.

admin answers:

I love this…”get rid of scars fast.”

Nothing gets rids of scars fast. Nothing.

And how they are dealt with depends upon how big they are, and what you are willing to go thru.

Big, deep scars, (from Acne vulgaris) are usually treated with abraision… Sand paper type thing from your derm.

Skin peels as well, work. All have negative things, the most worrisome is that your skin then is forever lighter than the surrounding area, so they usually do the whole face, and end at the jaw line.

This presents problems because you’ll have less melanin… Not a good thing.

So it would depend upon how many scars, how big they are, and how much money and time you wish to spend….

EDIT: Mederma, and other topicals work for some people, and not for others. Most need to be applied at least 3xdaily, for about forever. So, no one really knows if it ithe Mederma or any other topical, or just time. Some people “feel better” about using someting. And makers of these products count on that.

admin answers:

I have the same problem. And I’ve found that cell replacement is what fades scars. So, to speed cell replacement, either go to the store and get something like Neutrogena’s Acne Fading Peel, which you can only really use maybe 2 or 3 times a week. It does work, I mean that’s what it’s for, but it’s also a little pricey, and the bottle is small.

A very nice home remedy is an exfoliant. Baking soda! Baking soda is a natural cleanser, and if gritty enough, a great exfoliant! The best part is, you can decide the consistency of your baking soda scrub/wash. What you do, is get a palm sized amount of baking soda in your hand. Mix a little bit a water, bit by bit, and stir it up until you get the consistency of a thick paste (or a watery cleanser) What I do, is I use the paste and spread it all over my face. It is kinda drippy, but it’s not that big of a deal. Then, get into the shower and when you’re in the shower, massage your face and really work the baking soda into all the nooks and crannies of yours skin like by your nose and your jawline, where acne tends to flare up.

Hopefully, after about a week (or maybe even days) of doing this, you’re scars will be visibly lessened because of the cell renewal and exfoliation.

Follow it up with a nice lotion, cuz even acne prone skin needs to be moisturized.

Don’t touch your face, because our hands is the main reason spread bacteria and viruses. So try to wash our hand throughout the day.

If possible, try to wash your face twice a day, which is very simple and easy to reduce your acne.

Another way to improve your acne problem, try to do some regular exercise. It clear out your pores and dead skin cells. After sweating, remember to take shower which not only clean your skin, and also try to replenish moisture by applying moisturizer.

Product with Benzoyl Peroxide definitely give your good results to clear away the acne. Benzoyl Peroxide kill the acne bacteria which cause your breakout.

Salicylic Acid is also another product to get rid of dead skin, which clear your pores and blockages. But use it carefully on sensitives skin.

Try to use makeup with oil-free or noncomedogenic label, it certainly help to reduce the chance of breakout.

What is a home remedy to help decrease the appearance of acne scars on the face?

I have had raging acne since I was 8 years old and it has just now began to clear up 8 years later. Under all that acne though, are the scars from many years of popping and scratching at my face. My skin is extremely sensitive and gets irritated with store bought products. So, I’m looking for a remedy that will cause as little irritation as possible.

• Hey, I’m a dermatologist and by following this, is the best way to get rid of acne scars . With all my patients I’ve seen some pretty horrible scarring completely healed. And First off you cannot get rid of Acne scars with a HOME REMEDY ! You need effective products and treatments which will heal the cells in the skin. Try the following:

1) Mandelic acid based skincare treatments are BY FAR the best skincare products on the market for post acne scarring. NuCelle (http://www.nucelle.com) have the largest range, and have been clinically proven to be effective. Mandelic acid is the meant for acne scar sufferers and is the most gentle skincare product which minimizes inflammation and redness. For best results, use the serum, use the face wash, toner and moisturizer too. Also, protect your face from the sunlight and heat while you’re treating your scarring, as it will quicken the healing/restoring process. For more info on mandelic acid, visit http://www.mandelicacid.net

2) Invest a little bit of money in IPL (Intense Pulse Light) laser treatment. IPL is a laser treatment which works by eliminating the enlarged capillaries in your face which causes redness and scarring. You can get it done at most spas or laser centers. If you have about 4-5 treatments and use mandelic acid products on your skin, your scarring and redness can pretty much go away up to 6 years.

HONEY I USE THESE TIPS WITH ANY AND EVERY PERSON I DO MAKEUP FOR IN THE THEATRE DEPT. AT SCHOOL, INCLUDING CLEANSING MY OWN SKIN!

When it comes to the face, heat is the biggest key. Heat creates an atmosphere for your pores to expand. A hot rag (as hot as you can stand it) across the face is the best bet. As far as a topical treatment, you need to invest in a good scrub and a very fine toner. I tell people this all the time that I do makeup for. Here are some key things to remember when looking for cleansers:

1. A good scrub needs to have some sort of exfoliant (i.e. Microbeads, pumice grains, etc.) in it. Once you have applied the hot rag to your face and opened up your pores, the scrub is used to get deep down into the pores and clean them out.

2. In a good scrub, stay away from anything that has a lot of soap or fragrance to it. Fragrance = additives that probably will makes things worse. Your main ingredient when looking for a scrub is salicylic acid. Salicylic acid acts as an antibacterial to cleanse deep to break up the blackheads and fight the bacteria causing them.

3. A good toner should be found because once the skin is clean, the toner is used to tighten the cleansed pores to minimalize the entrance of future bacteria. And sadly to say it (but get over it), A TONER DOES STINK! Its made primarily of alcohol, so it will stink! Get over it! It’s worth it!

4. Lastly, and a lot of people don’t think about this, find a light lotion with an added sunscreen (at least SPF 15). You want a light lotion (nothing fancy or fragrancy) with a sunscreen to prevent dryness from the toner and the sunscreen will help protect from sun damage (obviously!).

Always remember to catch blackheads before they start (before they become pimples)! And for the love of God: DO NOT PICK AT A PIMPLE IF YOU GET ONE! Picking only creates more infection from the bacteria on your hands….and most importantly: it’s just GROSS! Some brands to try for a scurb or toner would be: Oil of Olay, Biore`, Clinique, Clean & Clear, Clearasil…….just to name a few! Also remember to drink lots of water to help keep down ure intake of oils. Oh and p.s. To guys who are reading this: just because girls use it in a commercial DOES NOT mean that a guy cannot use it too! A girl would like it a lot more to see a guy with a clean face and a cabinet full of girly skin care stuff, than Mister Zit next door! I’m gay….trust me on this!

Ok calm down…i had the same problem. First of all, just know that when you try something new to your skin you have to stick with it as a routine for at least 3 months to see if it works. Your skin flares up and gets worse because your skin isn’t used to it and more pimples will come to the surface. If you don’t want to scar try your very best not to touch or pick your pimples! (trust me i learned the hard way) and use a lotion with an exfoliant like retinol or glycolic acid which will help prevent and help scarring. In the meantime i would find a good, non irritating foundation to help cover it and give you more confidence. I would try the neutrogena one. Since acne is hormonal the only way to really get rid of it is to take hormonal pills. I used a birth control pill called diane 35 and all my acne is gone now. Its a mirical pill. Talk to your doctor.

Use egg whites!
Oh my gosh!
I used them and they made my skin look ten times better.
Just beat them until their stiff :F
and rub them all over
its kind of yucky haha
but it makes your skin look really nice.
Tightens pores, reduces redness, heals scaring some.

Also, you may want to try some natural oils
-jojoba oil is good for scars
-tea tree oil for pimples and white heads
-coconut oil is supposed to be good in general
-fishy oil! Yay! Good for your skin!

ZINC! TAKE ZINC!
Or a multivitamin
-centrum
-one a day
-blah blah blah

for your nasty black heads-
-egg whites will help some, but you make also want to:
-exfoliate!
I use a dr. Sholes foot exfoliation thingy. Works really well!

Also some unnatural remidies-
-good acne mousterizer
i recommend neutrogena and clean and clear
olay is also good, but its not for acne.
-STRIDEX! Yay! I love that stuff

if you are really fixed on being natural you can look into a natural lotion for a moisturizer

I would recommend an effective treatment for body acne which is Zenmed’s Body Acne Combo. It is a complete herbal treatment that would clear up body acne. This treatment consists of two products, a botanical mask and a botanical acne wash. The mask is first applied all over the affected region of the body 10 to 15 minutes before a shower and once in the shower, the mask is washed off with the acne wash and water. Two to three weeks of applying this treatment should see your body acne gone and your skin looking clean and clear.

For the scars left by acne, you could try their scar treatment kit which is a good scar and marks remover. Both products would suit any skin type as they are completely herbal.

How to remove bad acne scarring?

For the past two years I have had very bad acne. I have a lot of scars just under each cheekbone on my cheeks. I do not have many impressions, and my skin is an okay smooth texture. But there are all these bright red/purple discoloration in little patches. It looks like I still have hundreds of pimples. I feel so self-conscious about it I feel like bursting out in tears when I look in the mirror, and I can’t leave the house without wearing a lot of makeup. What products/homemade remedies would help with this? Also are there any surgical procedures I could have done to get them removed, like microdermabrasion etc what would help me? Thank you very much.

The 6 Secrets of How to Get Rid of Acne Scars…

1. Lemon Juice Facial. Simply take a cotton ball, dab it with some lemon juice, then start massaging your acne scars thoroughly. The acidity will soften the skin and reduce the appearance of the scars. Let it stay on for about 20 minutes and then wash it away with warm water.

2. Tomato Face Mask. Yet another simple home acne remedy that can help to get rid of acne scars. Simply take a tomato, slice it in two, and then start rubbing your scars with one of the halves. This has a 2 prong effect, which is to lighten the scars and increase skin elasticity. Wash it away after 20 minutes.

3. Egg Whites. Use a cotton ball to massage egg white into your skin. The whites of an egg have very powerful healing qualities which can help to heal your scarring and make it significantly less visible.

4. Cucumber Juice. This is a great technique for reducing inflammation and increasing elasticity. Since there is no acidity in cucumber juice, there is no need to wash it off immediately. Leave it on and be sure to repeat this remedy daily.

5. Baking Soda Remedy. An excellent and very popular method for how to get rid of acne scars naturally, as it helps to unclog your pores, it kills acne causing bacteria, and it even helps to exfoliate the skin. Simply combine water and baking soda and mix it thoroughly into a paste. Apply this mixture to your acne scars and let it sit for about 2 to 3 minutes, then rinse and wash your skin well. Use this technique twice daily.

6. The Honey Rub. An excellent way to smooth out the skin and clean your pores. Use warm-hot water to clean your face, then quickly pat the skin dry. This will open up the pores and allow the honey to get in there. Apply the honey liberally to the areas affected by acne scars AND all around these areas too.

Wait for about 20 minutes, then wash your face again with warm-hot water. Dry your face for a second time and then rub an ice cube all over your skin, thereby closing the pores. This technique, like any other, won’t completely get rid of acne scars all on it’s own, but it will greatly help if you include it in your routine.

Acne acne acne, what to do?

I’m 14 years young, and I have acne.I really need some good advice. It’s like mild acne that doesn’t go away,it only brings up new acne.(underskin pimples+whiteheads, forehead, around mouth, and right cheek.)Im so embarassed by my acne, that I only leave my house when I absolutely have to(its summer)(Oh, and the fact I have scars doesn’t help either).I’ve tried every homemade remedy out there. None of them worked. I’ve also tried many other store bought products. Im just really looking for help.My acne is causing me to waste my life inside my house.

Heres what I do to help my acne at the moment(which is kinda helping, but not really,it’s still there and noticable as ever).

MORNING-Wash face with Clean and Clear Deep action cream cleanser(oil free, sensitive skin). Then I use Nivea Moisturizing Toner, and then Clean and Clear Advantage oil free acne moisturizer.NIGHT-same facewash and then(diluted)tea tree oil.
I ALWAYS wear my hair up&out of my face, dont touch face& drink water, lots!!

I had the same problem.
I suggest going to the store( its a blue and white box, and a white w/ blue tube, kinda smallish) and buying persa-gel ( it works sooooo great, by morning you will have like 50% less pimples, wear it a night on your face, back, etc. But be careful it stains! Its worth it though!) and ordering proactive( i know every1 else said that too but its true).

If NONE of that works go to a dermatoligist.

Good luck, sweetheart!

How to get rid of blackheads & bumps, and whiteheads?? Can someone please answer this question?

My skin is almost perfectly clear besides a few small bumps on my forehead, this one small blackhead on my cheek, and a whitehead under my nose. It’s really frustrating because I really want clear skin. The bumps aren’t as hard to clear as the blackhead. It NEVER goes away no matter what I do. The moisturizer I use doesn’t work, and neither does my face cleanser. My stepmom told me to ‘scratch’ it away, which is the same as popping it, and I know you’re never supposed to do that because it can leave permanent acne scars. But she really wants me too, she said if I don’t I can get a crater on my face…I don’t know if that’s true or not but I really do NOT want that. 1: What can I do to get rid of the one blackhead? And I don’t think I’ll be allowed to go out and by an exfoiliater. So like a natural or homemade remedy? 2: What should I use on the bumps and the whitehead? Thank you.

Squeezing and picking can be the worst, because later it can leave you with ugly scars on your face. I reccomend a product called Epiduo. It is AMAZING. It seriously works magic on your skin. Ive been using it, and my skin is so smooth and acne. Free. After you rinse your face in the evening just apply the Epiduo and sleep on it. Your skin will be 100% acne, blackhead, bumps..etc free. I garentee! Out of all the skin products, doctors have proven that this one is the best, and it always works.

-also: when you wash your face dont use a wash cloth or towel, because it actually spreads the grease and acne over your face. Instead, clean your hands and then scrub your face with Cetaphil (the best!)

If you follow this routine twice a day it should help get rid of acne (It helped me):
1). Wash your face with a wash cloth and hot water
2). While your face is still damp (NOT wet), put some non- gel toothpaste on the spots needed (a little bit goes a long way)
3). Let it dry completely
4). Wash again with the wash cloth and hot water.
5). Then splash your face with cold water as much as you see fit
6). Finally, dry your face and you are good to go!

Another Acne question….?

I have acne. I’ve been struggling since 7th grade(currently a sophomore in high school) at first I decided to do nothing cause I thought it’d go away. Then it started getting serious. So deciding to pop most of them. But its just left some scars and more just pop out.

So my mom started getting me clean and clear. That didn’t work. Then I started using Proactiv. At first it seemed to work, but it only worked for a little time and then stopped working. The last thing I did was go to a dermatologist. He gave me some cream to put on my face. Now that started to work, but eventually stopped like proactive. It helped a lot though. At my trip there though he told me something about Acutane. I wont be able to take it until i’m 16. I’m currently 15.

So here’s my question. What are some homemade remedies that I can use to put on my face?

Try this home remedy as a scrub/mask. I tried several other products(prescription and non-prescription) for years and nothing worked. But this is better than nothing.

This one isn’t the best one, because i find that oxy 10(prescription) is actually the best one i used so far, but you have to put it on when u first notice it before the ance starts growing bigger.

Mix together:
– 7-10 Aspirin (preferably ‘uncoated’)
– 1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
– enough fresh Lemon Juice to make a paste

Gently scrub your face scrub and leave as a mask for 15 minutes.

Follow with a toner of 50-50 Apple Cider Vinegar & Water.

Use once or twice a week, as needed.

Hope this helps! Good Luck!!!

Take Vitamin C and Fish Oil Capsules(Halibut or Cod-for the vitamin A and D)
Do NOT wash with regular soap, hot water and a washcloth work just fine.
Neutrogena makes a nice cleanser – I think It’s called “Clean and Clear” that you could use a few times a week, don’t overdo it.
Stay hydrated – drink enough water and or juice or green tea so that you do not become thirsty.
I’ve been battling acne for 35 years and this works for me. If I do happen to get a spot here and there I treat it with Tea Tree Oil Cream.

Everyone’s body is different. Acne is caused when your hair follicles get infected. Because of over active oil glands or dirt or bacteria or a combination of all 3. Over cleansing can sometimes make your acne worse by exposing yourself to these 3 things.

Apply the cream to the skin and relax for sometime. If you have to put on a facemask, then soak the little cotton pads into the soap water and place it on the eyes when they are closed. Otherwise, you may use them around 2 cucumber slices to make your eyes cooler. In this way you can provide a pleasant feeling to your eyes. And you can get rid of your dark circles around your eyes quickly. Your skin will glow when these circles vanish.

Whenever you experience problems like sore eyes due to harmful infrared rays, wind or after using water with chlorine, then rinse your eyes thoroughly with enough distilled water. Mix rose water with about 1-2 tablespoons in distilled water. Give a suitable bath to the eyes.
